Security comes first

All our systems are designed and developed with security and the latest trends in security analysis and testing in mind. We are constantly upgrading our systems. We have in place hundreds of pages of standard operating rules and procedures so that we are able to respond quickly, efficiently and flawlessly.

Encryption and protection

All communications with you, banks and other participants are encrypted using SSL technology. No data are transferred over a non-encrypted or non-secure communication channel and the entire infrastructure is protected by dual firewalls for redundancy – in the event of a server failure, data is immediately available on the backup server. The system is protected from DDoS attacks and all traffic, as well as any modifications made by you or us, is logged. Any errors or any system modifications can be traced back. Details of any system errors occurring while the application is running are logged and immediately reported for further action.

Data loss prevention

We have security measures, rules and guidelines in place designed to prevent data loss (access control, password generation and reset, remote device management, and hardware management policies). We use a TIER IV data centre which guarantees maximum uptime.

Monitoring

Our systems are constantly monitored and any anomalies are immediately reported to our IT team for a quick analysis and further action to be taken as specified by the action plan. These should include occasional performance issues, such as minor glitches, which have no impact on your data or money.
