5) Upload all required documents

We are an obliged entity under the money laundering regulations. In order to provide our services to you, we are required to take specific steps before entering into a business relationship with you to ensure that we know our customer. We will require you to provide us with a bank statement or account confirmation letter confirming that the account linked to the payment gateway is held in your name, preferably as a PDF file which you then upload to our system. We do not accept screenshots of online banking statements! We require that you download and provide us with an official document available in your online banking.

We will also require a copy of your primary and secondary identification documents (your national identity card and driving licence, passport, or shot gun certificate – both sides). You can take a picture of your IDs via the web camera or upload a copy of your IDs. We accept PDF, PNG, and JPEG files. If you are a body corporate represented in all matters by two or more authorised representatives, we will require to provide us with the identification documents of all of them.

You do not need to worry about your sensitive information being at risk. All transmissions are encrypted.
